CPE = Customer Premise Equipment (Does not include router)

CPE normally includes primary transmitter/receiver unit, power Injector/supply and primary ethernet cable. Secondary equipment may or may not be include in the CPE lease.

Monthly CPE lease includes CPE troubleshooting, either remotely or on site, and repair/replacement due to malfunction. CPE damage due to acts of nature, wind, animals (domestic and wild), guests, customer, contractors, etc. is not included. Repair/replacement not due to installation error, malfunction or other cause acceptable to Castles Information Network is the responsibility of the Customer, including labor.
